As the states trade association for healthcare and bioscience, Texas Healthcare and Bioscience Institute represents the diverse ecosystem of life science companies by advocating for favorable public policy and funding at the state and federal levels. THBI also works with industry participants to ensure a thriving life science ecosystem, including working on economic development projects and workforce initiatives. Membership participation from Texas companies and companies doing business in Texas allows us to better represent the industry, and strengthens our voice at the Capitol. Our membership consists of pharmaceutical companies, academic institutions, biotech and medical device companies, economic development entities and service providers creating unparalleled networking and synergy to effectively address the public policy needs of Texas growing life sciences community.
