NexPoint is the owner and developer of the Texas Research Quarter, a 200-acre life sciences district planned in Plano. The Texas Research Quarter development is built around the former EDS campus in the Legacy neighborhood. Upon completion it will provide over 4 million square feet of lab, office, manufacturing, and shared amenity space for companies operating across the life sciences sector.
