Texas Resource Guide

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) engages with businesses, workforce partners, and communities to promote education, training, and growth of the Texas workforce. TWC and its workforce network offer recruiting and hiring resources, workforce development grants, and HR advice and support, among other services. The resources are available to any business in or looking to locate in Texas. TWC administers many grant programs to help companies train, upskill and reskill their workforce. The agency partners with local colleges, workforce, and economic development organizations to help administer the grants, reducing the burden on Texas businesses.
